Особенности регуляции дыхания у новорожденных детей с формирующейся хронической бронхолегочной патологией
Диссертация
Всем детям с БЛД во время нахождения в стационаре показано проведение пневмографического исследования с целью выявления преимущественного типа апноэ и эпизодов десатурации для выбора оптимальной тактики. При отсутствии возможности проведения такого исследования всем детям с апноэ показано назначение кофеина и клиническая оценка эпизодов апноэ. При отсутствии эффекта от кофеина — терапия… Читать ещё >
