Характеристика проаритмогенных маркеров электирческой нестабильности миокарда у детей и подростков
Диссертация
Оценку параметров электрической нестабильности миокарда у детей 7−17 лет необходимо проводить на основании разработанных половозрастных нормативов и их клинико-физиологической интерпретации: «гиперадаптация» интервала QT к ЧСС характеризуется увеличением суточного коэффициента линейной регрессии QT/RR интервалов выше 0,24, а «гипоадаптация» — снижением менее 0,13.
