Экстрахромосомные ДНК дрожжей-сахаромицетов
Диссертация
Исходя из полученных экспериментальных данных, их анализа и сравнения с имеющимися в литературе сведениями, на защиту выносятся следующие положения: в исследованных штаммах отечественного происхождения 2 мкм ДНК представлена редко встречающейся укороченной формой, аналогичной scp-з и содержится в количестве 87±2 копий на гаплоидный геномсодержание 2 мкм ДНК на гаплоидный геном остается постоянным… Читать ещё >
