Биофизические принципы функционирования артериовенозных мальформаций головного мозга
В результате эволюции АВМ происходят существенные изменения риска кровоизлияния. Риск кровоизлияния из бессимптомной мальформации составляет менее 1% в год, риск рецидива достигает 6 — 33% в течение ближайшего года после кровоизлияния, затем происходит его постепенное снижениемальформации, впервые проявившиеся негеморрагическими симптомами, имеют риск кровоизлияния — 2−3% в год.
