Диссертация
Показана способность ингибиторов ангиотензинпревращающего фермента (ИАПФ) (исследования SAVE, AIRE, TRACE, и др.) и антагонистов альдостерона (исследование EPHESUS) у пациентов с ОИМ и дисфункцией левого желудочка уменьшать степень ремоделирования левого желудочка, замедлять наступление СН, уменьшать частоту неблагоприятных сердечно-сосудистых событий и летальные исходы.
