Диссертация
Коклюш относят к числу управляемых инфекций. Уже в 1923 г. Madsen предпринял первую попытку вакцинации против коклюша, но достиг лишь снижения тяжести заболевания у привитых. Широкое применение противококлюшных прививок в результате создания эффективной вакцины стало возможным лишь в 50-е годы.
