Исследование методом конфокальной микроскопии динамики светозависимой продукции H2O2 в протопластах фотосинтезирующих клеток высших растений

В протопластах, выделенных из листьев мутантов арабидопсиса с пониженным уровнем аскорбата были зарегистрированы более высокие скорости накопления Н202 в хлоропластах. Было обнаружено, что скорость роста флуоресценции DCF, отражающая процесс накопления Н202, снижалась до уровня дикого типа при добавке аскорбата извне.
