Диссертация
Проблема хронического гломерулонефрита занимает одно из центральных место в нефрологии. Актуальность изучения патогенеза этого заболевания обусловлена его высокой распространённостью (гломерулонефрит занимает 3−4 место среди всех заболеваний почек), поражением в основном работоспособной части населения, тяжестью прогноза (неизбежное развитие хронической почечной недостаточности).
