Основная работа по анализу разнообразия МТБ с помощью молекулярно-экологических методов проводилась на базе центра коллективного пользования уникальным научным оборудованием, в группе молекулярной диагностики Центра «Биоинженерия» РАН (руководитель — к.б.н.
